How did Ozark become an amazing show?
In this blog, we are going to see how Ozark excited me as a viewer. Initially, I haven't cared much about the show. Season 1 was like "Alright. I see your point. But, Why?". But at the end of Season 3, I was really waiting for the next season to arrive. Most of them said the same. Some said you have to give it a certain amount of time. I gave so.
Season 1 - Verdict - Dry (Me - I see your point. But, Why?)
Season 1 was quite dry except for the pilot and the finale episode. I was like "Common; another Narco show?". It took a lot of time in explaining. It made me like "I already got it. Move forward. Oh common?". Slow frames, a moody blue colouring. But, the finale got me. "Fine! Let's go for another season before judging. I am not even a story writer."
Season 2 - Verdict - Steady (Me - OK! You got something going in there)
Season 2, unlike season 1 had my attention. As everyone's character development was already fulfilled, I was closely listening to the plot. Well, It made me listen. It was steady. It came to my list. This season had a lot of favourite moments and I did like the scene when Buddy came up with a plan. That was indeed a great plan.
Season 3 - Verdict - Strong (Me - You proved!)
Season 3, started grand with the casino. On the flow, It had a lot of emotional moments. One Name. Ben Davis. And season 3 was quick moving one compared to the previous two. It had a gripping plot and some great details. Ozark is the show that proved to me that not all shows will have the best first impression. For some, you have to give them your own time.
Season 4 Volume 1 - Verdict - The Best (Me - That's how it should be!)
Season 4 Volume 2 - Verdict - The Unexpected (Me - Alright, something's different!)
